: The contractor shall work under such joint operation program within one hundred and eighty (180) days of notification to the contractor that the department has accepted or implemented the joint operation program under section 59. The Contractor shall be entitled to abandon the site area at any time and the minimum area restriction of Clause 9 shall not apply. All such waivers shall be included in the mandatory waivers as per Section 6.
